IT’S ALL GONE PETE TONG WINS BEST CANADIAN FEATURE
AT TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL!
Post Modern Sound Inc. is pleased to announce It’s
All Gone Pete Tong has taken the City Award for Best
Canadian Feature at Toronto International Film Festival.
It’s All Gone Pete Tong is a comedy following
the tragic life of legendary Frankie Wilde. Taking the
form of a bio-pic, taking us through Frankie's life
from one of the best DJ's alive, through subsequent
battle with a hearing disorder, culminating in his mysterious
disappearance from the scene.
Pete Tong is a “spectacular fabrication offering
an insider’s view of club culture that has become
a worldwide phenomenon,” says, Liz Czach, Toronto
critic. The soundtrack is fast, furious and in your
face.
“This project was a showcase for sound.
I’ve never worked on a piece that was so driven
and defined by the sound mix. From a recording
perspective, it was so rewarding to flex all of our
skills and tools,” says Greg Stewart re-recording
mixer.
Look for It’s All Gone Pete Tong to be released
in early spring 2005. It’s a wild ride worth
the price of admission.
